Rescheduling & Cancellations

Cancellation policy You may cancel your party rentals 72 hours in advance of the delivery date. If you want to cancel within 72 hours, we will keep the deposit, but you may reschedule your event rentals for up to a year without fully losing the deposit. We understand that life happens, and we will try to work with you, but advance notice helps us to schedule employees and equipment preparation. Rain and inclement weather. If the forecast predicts rain, we will call you on the delivery day to address the weather and either give you the option to either cancel or keep the reservation however, if there are predicted thunderstorms or excessive wind above 15 miles per hour or gusts above 25 miles per hour, we may have to cancel the delivery in the interests of safety. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time. Although this is unlikely, there may be circumstances that keep us from fulfilling delivery and pick up. We are dedicated to avoiding such a circumstance and will work with you to make your event happen. Site preparation and safety If the site where our equipment is in any way unsafe for us to setup, we may have to cancel the installation of our equipment. The safety standards and our insurance are very particular about the safe operation of our equipment. Look at our event preparation checklist to verify that the equipment can safely be installed and communicate with us if you are unsure. Doing so will save time and prevent any delays or cancellation.
