Yes and no. It is ok to wash the jumper with a simple garden hose and dry with a towel. Make sure the jumper is completely dry. Many household chemicals can be harmful the the jumpers so we ask that you please not use any chemicals.
Can we clean the jumper if we make a mess?
Please don’t bring any objects in the bounce houses and slides. Not only can it pose a risk of injury but you could risk damaging the unit. Damage to the unit could cost hundreds to thousands of dollars and neither us nor you want to deal with replacing or repairing a unit. Silly string will damage the inflatable jumpers and slide. Please don’t use it! Jewelry and eyewear can cause injury and damage the units. Please remove all object and shoes before participating.
What’s allowed in the jumpers?
Every rental is different but you will need a flat area to set up jumpers and games. Grass or dirt is recommended. Check the size of the unit and measure the area to ensure there is an additional 5 feet around the unit that is free and clear of any objects to maintain a safe experience. We provide extension cords, the inflatable unit, tarps for underneath the jumper, a water hose for the slides and padded mats for around the jumper entrance. We also provide extension chords at no longer than 100 feet but we require a protected electrical outlet that is not being used for powering any other devices.
What is required to rent from PartyFox?
It would be a good idea to schedule 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Availability is not guaranteed.
How far in advance should we make a reservation?
Yes. In order to hold your Reservation we require a Deposit. Deposit will depend on order size but is typically between $50 and $100. The money paid for deposit will be applied to the total that will be paid before we set up the rental equipment.
Do we require a Deposit?
It is recommended that kids and adults jump at separate times and participants should jump with similar age groups to prevent the possibility of injury. If a participant requires special care in order to participate in a safe manner, it is up to the responsible individuals to regulate safe usage. There is a limit on how many people can participate in the jumpers and slides at one time and each unit has a different capacity.

What areas we service?
The best place to set up our inflatables is also the safest place. That will be different for each residence. Area should be flat and clear of objects that are sharp or protruding from the ground. Grass is preferred dirt is ok. We will need to install long steel spikes into the ground and it is a good idea to inform our delivery personnel of any and all service lines such as gas, water, electric and sprinkler systems. It is the renters responsibility to identify these areas and make them know to us. Our inflatables can be very tall and we cannot inflate them underneath low hanging power lines. Our units require a minimum of five to six feet of clearance around any objects.
Where is the best place to set up the bounce houses and water slides?
It would be a good idea to take adequate breaks. Hydration is very important and exposure to the elements can decrease the amount of time any participants should spend playing on the units. Shady areas are preferred but low hanging branches must be at least five feet away from the unit.
How long should we jump for before needing a break?
Rain wind thunderstorms and excessive heat are all common occurrences in the high desert. It is important to check the weather when planning an event. Should any of these occur, it is important to know that safety should be your first priority. Do not allow allow anyone to play on the inflatable units under any unsafe weather condition.
